The products surveyed are aluminum foils with a thickness of 80 microns or less (tolerable tolerance) whether printed or backed with paper, cardboard, plastic or similar materials. The case involved products under Indian customs codes 760711, 76071110, 76071190, 760719, 76071910, 76071991, 76071992, 760719 93, 760719 94, 760719 95, 760719 99, 760720, 76072010 and 76072010. The dumping investigation period of this case is from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 (12 months), and the damage investigation period is from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017, April 1, 2017 to 2018 March 31, 2014, April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 and the dumping investigation period.
