It is widely used in automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace, medical, electromechanical, and automation fields where high dimensional accuracy is required (compared to rolled plates), such as: reference plates, containers (for fuel, batteries, pure beverages, etc.), gauges, jigs, fixtures, molds, general tools, chip packaging platforms, and aerospace tooling.

The 5083-O cast aluminum plate will first go through heat treatment to fully relieve the internal stress and then be finish-milled on both sizes to reach a high flatness of less than 0.127mm/㎡. Roughness can reach less than 0.4μm. Deformation will not occur while being cut. We will put film on both surface for protection. Every plate will be checked and inspected before packing.

The size range we can supply is thickness 5-150mm x width 30-2100mm x length 50-4200mm. The standard sheet size in stock is 1600×3660mm. The standard sheet thickness is (5, 6, 6.35, 8, 9.53, 10, 12, 12.7, 15, 20, 19.05, 25, 25.4, 30, 35, 40)mm. In addition to the standard sheet sizes, we can also customize according to customer requirements. The lead time is approximately 20 days.
