During the period of Wuhan pneumonia spreading, South Korea’s Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (MOMAF) planned to offer KRW 60 billion of loans to help those loading companies which affected by the sharping decline orders from China.

The government would give the loans if the situation kept going to worsen in the next three months.

Currently, over 50% of the container shipments between China and South Korea has been canceled, and the market was still observed the future development of the virus.
