Canada makes final rulings against corrosion-resistant steel plates in three countries including Turkey

(Tatmetal), the subsidy range is very small, so the countervailing investigations against these two companies were terminated; the dumping range of the companies involved in the UAE was 0.0% to 41.5%, and the subsidy range was 0.0%. The dumping margin of AlGhurair Iron & Steel LLC (AGIS) was 0.0%, so the anti-dumping investigation against the company was terminated. Because the subsidy margin for all companies was 0.0%, the anti-subsidy investigation against all companies in the UAE was terminated; the dumping margin of the Vietnamese companies involved was 2.3% ~71.1%, and the subsidy range is 0.0%~0.2%. Because the subsidy range is very small, the anti-subsidy investigation of all enterprises involved in the case in Vietnam was terminated. It is expected that the Canadian Trade Tribunal (CITT) will make a final decision on industrial damage in this case on November 16, 2020.
