India initiates the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation against China-related stainless steel cold-rolled coils
On September 30, 2020, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to applications submitted by Indian companies Jindal Stainless Limited, Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited and Jindal Stainless Steelway Ltd. South Africa, Thailand, the United States and Taiwan of China’s Cold-Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel (Cold-Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel of width 600 mm to 1250 mm and above 1250 mm) initiated the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation. The products investigated in this case are stainless steel cold-rolled coils with a thickness of less than or equal to 4 mm, a width of 600 mm to 1250 mm, and a width of more than 1,250 mm, which have not been further processed except for cold rolling. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 2019 to March 2020, and the damage investigation period is from 2016 to 2017, 2017 to 2018, 2018 to 2019 and the dumping investigation period.
