India’s DGTR plans to impose AD duties on coated steel imports from 3 countries
It was reported that India’s Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) announced its recommendations to impose an anti-dumping duty on the flat-rolled steel products and coated with zinc without additional aluminum, coated with aluminum without additional zinc, and pre-painted or color coated aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel sheets, the lesser margin of dumping and injury from US$13-129/ton, in order to protect domestic industry.
It was recommended to impose such duties on all imports of subject goods originating in or exported from China, Vietnam and South Korea.
For flat-rolled sheets, plates or coated with an alloy of aluminum and zinc, they might contain one or more other elements, whose individual or combination less than 3% by weight.
