On August 3, 2020, the Thai Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement stating that it has made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on hot-dip galvanized cold-rolled steel coils or non-coils originating in China and decided to impose a 35.67% CIF price on the products involved in the case in China. Provisional anti-dumping duties, and exempt the following three types of products involved in the case of tariffs: 1) products with a thickness of 2.3 mm or more; 2) products for the manufacture of automobiles and their parts; 3) products for the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment.
