Turkey’s Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet (Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet) made a positive final ruling on anti-dumping industrial damage, and made a positive final ruling on anti-subsidy industrial damage on ordinary aluminum alloy sheets imported from Bahrain, India and Turkey, and determined that the alleged dumping The products involved in government subsidies have caused substantial damage to the domestic industry in the United States. In this ruling, all 5 members of the International Trade Commission voted affirmatively. Based on the affirmative final ruling of the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping and anti-subsidy taxation orders on the aforementioned products involved in the case. At the same time, the U.S. International Trade Commission made a negative final anti-subsidy emergency ruling on the products involved in the Turkish case and a negative final anti-dumping emergency ruling on the products involved in the Indonesian case.

On August 10, 2020, the US Department of Commerce made a preliminary anti-subsidy ruling on this case. On October 9, 2020, the US Department of Commerce made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on this case. On March 2, 2021, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it would impose restrictions on ordinary aluminum imports from Bahrain, Brazil, India, Turkey, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain and Taiwan. Alloy plate made a positive final anti-dumping ruling, and made a positive final anti-subsidy ruling on the products involved in Bahrain, India and Turkey; at the same time it made a negative final anti-dumping ruling on the products involved in Greece and South Korea, and made a negative final anti-subsidy ruling on the products involved in Brazil.
