On August 14, 2020, the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism issued Resolution No. 142 of August 14, 2020, deciding to initiate the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on U-shaped and L-shaped steel profiles originating in China. During the investigation, the anti-dumping duties determined by Resolution No. 211 of August 24, 2018 continued to be effective. The Colombian customs codes of the products involved are 7216.10.00.00, 7216.21.00.00 and 7228.70.00.00.
