On August 25, 2020, the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism issued Resolution No. 148 on August 24, 2020, in response to the application of domestic enterprises in Colombia, for aluminum extrusion products originating in China (Spanish: perfiles extruidos de aluminio ) Initiated the second anti-dumping sunset review case investigation. During the investigation of the case, the anti-dumping duties determined by Resolution No. 176 of October 13, 2017 continued to be effective. The Colombian tax numbers of the products involved are 7604.21.00.00, 7604.29.10.00, 7604.29.20.00, 7608.10.90.00 and 7608.20.00.00.

On October 13, 2017, the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism issued Resolution No. 176, making the final ruling of the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on imported aluminum extrusion products originating from China, and decided to continue to set US$3.60 for the products involved. The base price per kilogram, when the customs declaration FOB price is lower than the base price, the anti-dumping duty is the difference between the two.
