Colombia makes final anti-dumping ruling on China’s oil and gas pipelines
On February 16, 2021, the Colombian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism issued Announcement No. 029, making a final anti-dumping ruling on oil and gas pipelines originating in China, and decided to impose a decision on the products involved under the Colombian customs code 7304.19.00.00 (its current The tariff is 10%) and 35.90% of the free on board price (FOB) is levied; the product involved under the Colombian customs code 7306.19.00.00 (the current tariff is 0%) is levied on the anti-dumping duty of 33.13% of the FOB. The announcement shall take effect from the date of issuance and shall be valid for three years. The product involved was a seamless welded oil and gas pipeline (except stainless steel) with a circular cross-section, with an outer diameter greater than or equal to 60.3 mm and less than or equal to 219.1 mm.
