On May 28, the Inter-Departmental International Trade Commission of Ukraine issued an announcement deciding to impose an anti-dumping duty of 51.52% on hot-rolled seamless steel pipes imported from China for a period of 5 years. The Ukrainian customs tariff numbers of the products involved are 7304 19, 7304 23 00 00, 7304 29, 7304 39, 7304 59. The tax rates of the three models produced by Hengyang Valin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. and the two models produced by Tianjin Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are zero, and their customs tariff numbers are 7304 29 30 00, 7304 29 90 00. May 14, 2019 The Inter-Departmental International Trade Commission of Ukraine initiated an anti-dumping investigation on hot-rolled seamless steel pipes originally from China.

The anti-dumping measures will take effect 30 days from the date of the announcement of the final ruling.
